According to the MasterCard Mobile Payments Readiness Index (MPRI), Singapore hit an overall score of 45.6 compared to an index average of 33.2.
Singapore outstrips 34 other countries to clinch first place.

I am not ashamed to say I support Mr Tan Kin Lian as a presidential candidate because I believed in what he stood for.
